Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about receiving tropical fruit at your doorstep.

How do you ensure the fruit arrives fresh?

We harvest our fruit at the peak of ripeness and ship via overnight or 2-day express delivery. Each box is carefully packed with protective materials to maintain quality during transit.

Where does your fruit come from?

Most of our fruit is grown right here in South Florida on our own farm or sourced from local family-owned groves. For rare varieties, we partner with trusted sustainable growers globally.

What should I do if my fruit arrives damaged?

Please take photos of the damaged fruit and the shipping box immediately upon arrival and email them to our support team within 24 hours. We will offer a replacement or store credit for any quality issues.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can monitor your fruit's journey from our farm to your home.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada due to strict agricultural regulations regarding the transport of fresh produce.

How do I know when my fruit is ready to eat?

Each box includes a ripening guide. Generally, tropical fruits are ready when they become slightly soft to the touch and emit a fragrant aroma.
