Your pre-order holds your place in line on our wait list. When Custard Apple comes into season and is ready to harvest from the trees, you will receive your order as soon as possible.***

Origin: Custard Apple is Native to the Americas. Custard apple is a common name for a fruit and for the tree that bears it, Annona Reticulata. This rare Annona is limited in availability.

Flavor Profile: Tastes similar to a Rollinia with raspberry instead of lemon flavor. Many say berry custard is what they could correlate the taste with as well! There are many varieties of Custard Apple and the flavor varies slightly between the varieties, as many trees are grown from seed. The taste is always sweet and custardy with rich and unique flavors ranging from raspberry to a sweet vanilla custard. One of the most delicious fruits in the world in our opinion!  

How To Eat: Custard Apple may need some time to ripen after delivery. Store at room temperature of 70 degrees or above for optimal consumption. This fruit is ripe and ready to eat when it's soft all over. Another fun indicator is, if you can easily remove the stem from the middle; it's ready! The most important part is that this fruit is soft all over before enjoying. Do not consume the seeds.

First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.

The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit: 

• One Fruit contains one piece of fruit (sizing varies)
• Small Box contains up to 3-5 pounds
• Large Box contains up to 8-10 pounds

We ALWAYS recommend ordering a LARGE BOX for the best value, when compared to a Small Box. Because shipping, handling, and delivery are so expensive per package, the Large Box will contain more fruit and ultimately a better value.
