How To Consume: You can make a tea with the dried leaves by steeping them in hot water, or put a small amount in smoothies for a nutrient boost.

Important Info: You may notice some mineral residue on the leaves from high levels of calcium in the water. Florida groundwater often percolates through limestone where it picks up calcium and magnesium deposits. Water described as "hard" is high in dissolved minerals, specifically calcium and magnesium. Hard water is not a health risk, but a nuisance because the mineral buildup often leaves a residue. Just give the leaves a good rinse before using to remove any mineral residue.
