Origin: The Mallika mango is an Indian mango variety that originated in India. It is a cross between the Neelum and Dasheri mango varieties and was introduced by Dr. Ramnath Singh.

Flavor Profile: Mallika mangoes are renowned for their fiberless, rich, sweet, and aromatic flavor, with hints of citrus and melon, and can also have notes of honey.

How To Eat: Mangos should be left on a counter or in a pantry at room temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above for optimal ripening. Once soft all over, cut into each cheek and spoon out the inner flesh!

The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit: 
- Small Box contains up to 3-5 pounds.
- Large Box contains up to 8-10 pounds.
