The Story

Origin: Gamboge is native to parts of India and the Malay Peninsula. Gambooge, is also known as Garcenia Tinctoria.

Flavor Profile: Gamboge is truly one of a kind- it has the soft innards reminiscent of a mangosteen, with larger seeds. The flavor is very sour. This fruit is very high in Vitamin C.
